    • Once your claim is verified, we will promptly arrange for the same item(s) to be reshipped, subject to availability.
    • Please note that while we aim to resolve issues quickly, it may take a few days for the process to be completed. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Shipping and Insurance Details

  • Stimuluxe takes great care to ensure your order is securely packaged and documented before shipping. We photograph all packages prior to dispatch to maintain a record of their condition.
  • All packages are insured, providing protection against courier-related issues.
  • In most cases, damage or contamination during transit is the responsibility of the courier, and we will handle the claim process on your behalf.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
  • Products showing signs of use or issues not related to shipping damage or contamination will not qualify for reshipment.
